Our policy is to do all we can to assist our customers when they encounter a problem with products. Should you need to return, exchange or request a refund please note that all products must be in original condition and include all accessories.
Defective items may be returned for a full refund, exchange or credit within 15 days of purchase. by contacting our corporate office. Please provide us with your original receipt, packing slip or email confirmation. Call 408-986-8744 to arrange free pick up of the items. We will replace the defective product or refund the purchase price in the same form as the original payment. Special Order/Custom Items - Misprinted or defective items may be returned for a full refund, exchange or credit. Contact your sales representative by phone 408-986-8744 or e-mail email@example.com. Otherwise, unless damaged upon receipt, items unfortunately cannot be returned or exchanged . Refunds will in the same form as the original payment whenever feasible.
